WORKSHOP SERVICE, BRING US THE FRAMES AND WE PUT THE LENSES

Have you bought a frame and you want to graduate it? At Ópica Callau we have the solution.

Follow these instructions:

1º Put your new frame together with your usual glasses. We will obtain the graduation and the mounting measures, from your usual glasses.

2º Send it to our establishment at:

ÓPTICA CALLAU PLAZA PARROQUIAL, 11 CP. 12500 Vinaròs , Castelló

When we receive the package with your new frames and old glasses we will make an economic evaluation and send you the instructions to formalize the order. After acceptance and payment we will prepare the order and you will receive it at home. Do not forget to provide us your telephone number and your e-mail address

3º In 3-4 business days, you will receive at the address indicated your new prescription glasses.

*Optica Callau reserves the right to not assembly the frame if we considers that it doesn’t have the necessary quality to submit it to the assembly process. In that case the shipping costs will be payed by the customer.

*The client will be responsible for the recovery costs of the frames and old glasses in case of non-acceptance of the service
